We’re glad that you want to contribute to our event with your proposal. Let’s get started, this won’t take long. Note: multi-line fields support Markdown.
Keep it concise and descriptive: enter a title that accurately reflects the content and main theme of your session. Please write between 20 and 80 characters.
Select the track that best fits your session's content, even if it touches on multiple categories - choose the one that is most relevant or where the majority of the content falls.
Write a concise and compelling abstract that summarizes your proposal and encourages attendees to join your session. Think of it as an elevator pitch: what's the main idea, and why should people care? This will be the first thing that reviewers and attendees see, so make it count! Please write between 300 and 1000 characters.
Now that you've hooked the reader with your abstract, use this outline to provide a more detailed breakdown of your session. Create a clear and logical flow that shows how your ideas will unfold, and convey the content and structure of your session in a way that's easy to follow. This content will be shown publicly.
Let us know if you have any notes, requests, or accessibility needs related to your session; please note that these will not influence the evaluation of your proposal. These notes are meant for the organiser and won’t be made public.
If you have a co-speaker, please add their email address here, and we will invite them to create an account. If you have more than one co-speaker, you can add more speakers after finishing the proposal process.
